How many of the Devs go training? Also is it on a Tues & Thurs with the rest of the squad?

I need to come to training but can't make Tuesdays or Thursday as im doing night classes at college. (I took Hilters advice and took up English lessons! )

Seriously though, does training with the other teams i.e the 1st and 2nds put our team players off going?

Obvioulsy i know that Mabbs and Ackers go to Bingo on Tues and Thurs

Ideas anyone?

Will get them done over the weekend, and I'll pop a copy on the club noticeboard.

Well German, If you were paying my salary, instead of my company who required me to be in Croydon for 2 days on monday and tuesday, then I would gladly have turned up.

Well Norm - if you had been at the forum on Monday you would have known all about the lights!

Yeah I agree. (Glad someones finally worked out who I am too)

Is Mick Armstrong still around to coach us if needed?

I think we need to be led by example, so Mabbs its down to you to set the example.....

To answer your 1st question Mr. Wu (I know who you are now based on some info in this post) around 5 or 6 each night on average I would guess (sometimes as low as 3 or as many as 10). Not enough for them to have a separate squad session, especially as frequently some have to fill in for missing 2nd team players. A separate coach has been provided to allow the Dev to train separately, but that did not particularly help get more numbers. Biggest problem is lack of space, especially on Thursday when the Colts train. Next season, with lights over the road, that should be overcome, and Devs should be encouraged all to come on one night rather than a mix of Tues and Thurs.
My suggestion would be to try to get them all down on Tuesday when there is more space and they could separate off for some team work. Any other ideas from the Dev players?
