Having watched the BBC's excellant coverage of Ireland versus the Pacfic Islands this afternoon I was very pleased to see that the said corporation are running a competition for clubs through out the British Isles of which the details are below.

The prize sounds awesome and would benefit the entire club and my recommendation is that we gather some of the finest minds from within the club to come up with the caption required to enter and possibly win the thing.

My vote is for Arch as he paints pictures with words.

The trick isn't identifying what we give - it's condensing it into 25 words!

Hmmm...that's a valid point. Does anyone know how many minis/juniors we have? Did we also support Children In Need one year by pulling a bus in Derby?

We are currently raising money for the Children's hospital and did a balloon race for Down's Syndrome. In the past we have also supported Wish Upon a Star.

The minis and juniors support the community by being there!

Another thought - does the competition allow lies? Or, if anyone can furnish me with any actual stuff (not made up...) we do for the community, I'd be happy to put my marketing spin on it...

Colin Dawes came up with this, which I thought was pretty awesome:
