I jake, am trying to shape up my act, as I have recently piled on the pounds! My idea, to work this flab into muscle, as simmo has done . i heard rumours that the gym is there to be used all week. Is this true and how do i go about using it?

Disclaimer: Jokes of my weight and my lame efforts to loose it, are expected so dont be predictable(c5W and simmo especially!)

I was thinking about 5.45, for a 6.00 start.Then maybe for a 30 min session? This only suits me as it is about the time i pass the club at night, hope that is OK with others. Seeing asa few can now drive i cant see it being. PS what are u doing on here so late Jon?

Thanks for the support guys, i was expecting a barage of fattest compents. I think fi i carry on eating less, and doing situps, skipping and press ups daily i should be more in shape(it can only get better!).

I was thinking maybe 3-4 og us could meet up outside training for a serious gym session maybe twice a week? As I mean i can hardly point the finger but we could all be in better physical shape? What do u think??
