Was Rob Lucas's wonder try the best of the season so far?

Was Wigley's speculative chip through and gather better.

Have there been other greats?

Will any of them be bettered?

I've never seen such a tight pair of shorts as the peterboro' prop, and what great yellow socks! discuss!

its got to be the penalty try from yesterday. Comedy off side by the peterborough pack. Never laughed so much in my life

There have been some great tries scored, from first phase, broken play, 7th 8th and 9th phase, it is to difficult to pick one, although mine against market bosworth was special!!!!

Its surely got to be Luey's try from deepest middle earth when he rampaged around his winger to score in the corner. I also believe that was the day he scored a fine hat trick.

You know the problem though, with 76 to choose from this season so far its a tough call...

Joe maybe you should open a room for "Joe's champagne moments". At least that way you would appear in it!!

Look we seem to be moving away from the point,

Who has scored the best try so far?

And no I didn't take the hat.
norm Posted - 30 November 2005 : 08:18:52

Just letting you know that you're the man Mr Mills - missed you down the club on Saturday night hombre - thought you'd be well up for pirates, what with the accent and all....

kind too kind, and very true it was superb
halifaxbeest Posted - 29 November 2005 : 15:22:15
I think the best (by best I mean pure flair) try of the season so far has to be Mills pirouetting from five metres out, hitting the post and dropping the ball - it was a moment of sublime beauty that should be confined to the annals of time through the medium of "You've Been Framed". If only Lisa Riley was still presenting...
