DRFC managed to sell 340 RFU raffle tickets this year giving the club a profit of £306. For a club of our size that is pathetic. Other clubs of similar size are managing to sell ten times more tickets.

Next year we need to do better!

I wasn't even aware we had any ... don't know about any of the other mini coaches.
I think item 1 on the agenda should be communication
