Posted - 06 July 2007 : 09:12:03 I have a Colts / U17s Training schedule which I've received and I'll be loading onto the website this weekend plus there will be other information relating to the Colts/U17s setup for 2007/08.
Here though is an extract of the planned training for July ....
24 July - Woodlands School - 6.30pm to 8pm Fitness Work/test - please bring indoor/outdoor footwear.
26 July - Woodlands School - 6.30pm to 8pm Fitness Work/test please bring indoor/outdoor footwear.
31 July - DRFC - 6.30pm to 8pm Core Skills Work - Incorporating fitness work Contact Management |

Posted - 04 July 2007 : 07:43:45 Colts count as seniors and are therefore encouraged to start training now. Next session is Tuesday 10th July, starting at 6.45.
No doubt the new Colts management will notify all Colts when they intend to start specific pre-season training.
