The Stags, in their first 7s tournament, played extremely well, with a resounding victory over the only other 'B' side in their group 22-5, and running all three of the 'A' teams close, losing 10-0, 12-5 and 15-12 ... the last result against a very strong Kesteven side when were undefeated in the pool. The Tigers played some great rugby, running in many tries and racking up plenty of bonus points. With a key win over arch-rivals Nottingham in the Semi they went on to batter Paviours in the final and retain the trophy. All in all a very successful day out, and with the players, parents and coaches of each team supporting the others' games it was a great atmosphere as well. Congratulations all round!
