Very disappointing to see the lack of support yesterday from the first team. After accusing the beests of creating a club within a club last season, it is clear to see why the beests did it....
If we are to be a club, then if the senior teams don't have a game, maybe they should be designated to travel with, or stay at home with another side, to show support, encourage young players, offer advice, or just be there, after all it doesn't happen too often.
I'm sure that if they reach a cup final this year, they would like the other club players to support them......
Or maybe that is too idealistic!

After all the notes on the support within the club I presume a BIG effort will be made this weekend to support the team in the BIG match, lets turn out in force and hope it helps!!!

Norm, judging by the notice you take of certain people's bodies I'm sure you would have seen the marks by now!!
JD Posted - 21 November 2005 : 12:48:57
Webmaster, I notice nobody dare reply.

(perhaps they are too busy now wondering what else you could possibly do with a spatula)
Old Tart Posted - 17 November 2005 : 13:35:31
Be careful you'll be talking about rubber gloves next!!!
norm Posted - 16 November 2005 : 22:56:21
i reckon that's why kev always turns up after everyone else for training, ...so nobody can see the marks!

- JD, you say such nice things, always elegantly phrased

Has anyone else noticed that JD has used the term 'spatula' more than once in postings and I was just wondering whether the normally quiet and shy spatula has some sort of special place in the JD household !!! -

JD Posted - 14 November 2005 : 14:16:00
If THAT photo does appear Webmaster will need more than a spatula to retrieve it from you know where!!

Old Tart Posted - 14 November 2005 : 13:10:02
