March is a long way off mini-tiz. If the squad keeps up its work rate you shouldn't fear anyone. Complacency is your only enemy, Sunday proved that injuries etc are not an issue, the strength in depth is awesome. Just keep working together!!!

ps. What do you have to do to get the Chief to smile??? Is the pressure getting to him????

Thx. Stamford only beat Lincoln to get this far and Lincoln arent very good anymore. I think the final will be Kesteven versus Derby. Kesteven play Sleaford in the semis and we play Sleaford on Sunday. Sleaford beat Nottingham to get to the semis. Kesteven only beat Melbourne by 16 points so about 15 points less than us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just shows you that you can never take anything for granted in sport. Just seen the report on the Lincoln website and they beat Stamford 15-0 so it's off to sunny Lincoln on 12th March. Not as far to travel EB !!!!!!

Just read your entry JT - pressure, what pressure. No pressure when you are coaching this team - just let their rugby do the talking. Was a bit concerned with the injury / availability stakes I must admit, but as usual the lads were superb and you were quite right with your prediction. As for smiling, you'd best ask Mrs Chief about that (she's mumbling something about a plate of fish + chips). There's always room for improvement is my angle on things as you know - positive feedback is the key as demonstrated on Sunday to mini-Tiz - harsh but fair !!!!!!!!!
