That's my birthday, yay!! I'm up for it and we can have a shandy afterwards to celebrate the achievements (running a mile and my completing 36 years at the University of Life!). I've not long got back from that Military Fitness training thing, it was fun (not as much as rugby training though I hasten to add). I went in the blue bib group (unfit) and got out of breath a lot, anyone who's considering it should give it a go, at least once! After training last night as well I reckon I might be a bit stiff tomorrow!

Just feed her a couple of Jaegermeisters and she'll find her own interesting things to do
Not that you'd know, of course, having bailed out early ...

I've got some bad news, I can't do the Nottingham Mile run. That's the only bad news though, I've not broken or sprained anything, my excuse is a really awesome and exciting one, for me. My brother's invited me to my homeland to watch my 14, 7 & 4 year old nieces in a dance show and I just can't resist, the youngest is crazyfunnycute. Anyway, I'll make it up to you on tour, Leanne, I hope you're coming on tour although I know there's beautiful baby G to consider, oh yeah and work!! Laters potaters x

Oooh - you youngsters
Lolly was on the sauce by 4 - I'd already made 4 hours by then!
And I do remember the birthday celebrations, it's golf night that I can't remember.

It was the most impressive REAL projectile I've ever seen someone hurl, I was scared for my shoes such was the splashback. Sorry for taking it a level lower but I did have to stand on a bench to escape it as I had peeptoe shoes on!!
And on that note I will end, except to say that, I've got another flamin' cold coming since training in the outdoor freezer tonight!
Adios amigas/amigos xx
