I jake, am trying to shape up my act, as I have recently piled on the pounds! My idea, to work this flab into muscle, as simmo has done . i heard rumours that the gym is there to be used all week. Is this true and how do i go about using it?

Disclaimer: Jokes of my weight and my lame efforts to loose it, are expected so dont be predictable(c5W and simmo especially!)

Dead easy Snake. Call in at the Club at your convenience, ask at the bar for key to the fitness/weights room and then indulge.

If you need to shower afterwards ask for the key to the refs room.

Looking forward to you exposing your 6 pack

i suggest 10 sessions a week plus turning up for training an hour early and doing laps! jokes aside, well done to jake for a least making an effort i 2 could proably do with going and trying to turn myself 2nd row size!

jake if you wish for any advice on working out dont hesitate to ask ashave done great deal of work on that subject and you may do your self more harm than good in the long run if you dont do it correctly

Thanks for the support guys, i was expecting a barage of fattest compents. I think fi i carry on eating less, and doing situps, skipping and press ups daily i should be more in shape(it can only get better!).

I was thinking maybe 3-4 og us could meet up outside training for a serious gym session maybe twice a week? As I mean i can hardly point the finger but we could all be in better physical shape? What do u think??
