As discussed last night Blackpool seems a good venue in terms of nightlife, distance from Derby and ease of getting Friday evening and Sunday afternoon rugby games. A link to the website I mentioned is:

Price for superior (en-suite) would be £67 for 2 nights, £58 for standard (economy also available!!). I have phoned up and there would not be a problem in getting around 30 people in the same hotel(twins or triple rooms) as long as the booking is not left too late. Probably got about 10 definite 'yes' last night and some 'probably' plus others not there, so need to work on others quickly to ensure it is viable, get deposits in then book it.

The company can also organise paintball, quad bikes, reduced price tickets for the Pleasure Beach etc. - its all on the website

I am making a morale stand, that we all need more of that sort of that action in our life.
