it would be nice to put 2 sides in but it depends on peoples commitment. People tend to bottle it when they feel rough after a skin full of ale...
Getting the colts in the mix could be good. each one will have to pass a simple entry exam :- either a trick/try celebration or showboating
all entries must produce original material

I've got some awesome skills to show you Jackal - learned on the streets of Dublin! It'll be like EA RFU Street - points not only decided on tries/conversions, but stylin' too!

Notice going up in the club Thursday regarding 7's. People need to sign up so that we can ensure enough players are available for each tournament.

Jackal, did Mark mention the Burton 7s on Monday, first game at 6.30. Can you muster a squad for that? I suggest you get Alex Preece involved in organisation too. I am away after Friday so cannot help, but that is a good quick tourny to take part in.
We need to tell somebody how many teams we are putting in the Derbyshire Comp, so if you think we can do 2 teams (surely we can) please would you let the person know on the form you have.

Sandal, not Sandbach (that's who we're playing on tour) and they are on different dates. Colts tourny at Sandal is 17th April, Easter Monday 11.00 register, 9.15 meet at Derby.
Senior 7s at Burton is 10th, 6.00 pm at Burton.
Please let Jackal know if you want to play. |

Well a big thanks to everyone for there efforts in Burton. I thought we'd struggle to get a team together, but the idea of tricks and showboating has unearthed some real 7's wannabeests...
lets just say our 14 minute experience at Burton was the curtain raiser to the Derbyshire 7's at Ilkeston on Mon 1st May.
We have entered 2 teams so a few more faces will be required. Also planning on making a day of it with BBQ etc... Sign up early on the noticeboard
Finally thanks to all the supporters who showed up to watch us get aour ****s whooped. Without your support the score would have been bigger
