This is an appeal to any players who have a spare pair of socks (or even an odd sock) of the ~ 2003 vintage with a yellow vertical stripe down the back of a black sock. The Colts have been using this style of sock this year, but we have some new players and others who have lost them. The lads would be very grateful for any donations, which can be made to me or Jon Tizard, so that we can look smart and like a proper team!!

You could buy some out of the fines money but Tiz keeps blowing it on boat races against the Beests and other random teams.

It would be nice if we kept the same socks every year for every team - then we wouldn't have this problem! (one club and all that!)
I think I have 1 sock in the aforementioned design, I'll see if I can dig it out tonight. |

If you've got nothing better to do come to Grimsby on the coach next Sunday. More "free" ale is being supplied for the tortuous route back.
Now if that's not an incentive for everyone to be at the club at 8.45am I don't know what is!!!!
