Yo my beesty buddies,
just to confirm I am not jet-setting it this week, and am happy to confirm my availability against the Chelte Cong at the Serengeti delta. (This is a Vietnam reference - don't get it, watch Platoon, Full Metal Jacket etc, etc...).
On a more light-hearted note, there was a beautiful moment when I realised Dancin' Pete had been selected for the 1sts and the Beests. Just when I thought that Pete's boundless enthusiasm would carry him through such a predicament, I realised the 1sts game is on Sunday. Or maybe there's two of him, like Paul and Barry Chuckle...
I just called to say I love MMUUURRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH 3:-O

And there goes a story.............
At the moment Kenty and Pete will be changed at half time for Matt Earwig and a certain Paul Archer. Hutch too will only play half a game, as Kenty, Pete and Rabbit Hutch are all on the bench for the 1's on Sunday.
As they already have The Welsh Wizzard, The Jackal, Phylis, Eddy Dell, The Mad Mustachioed Cuban, Oliver East, Ritch "Monkey-nipples" Robinson and Hairy Harry, I can't understand why The Beests don't just play on Saturday and Sunday......................... |
