Poll Question:
At the AGM, it was noted that the smoking area has reduced now the carvery is in place at the club. It was mentioned that the club should be made a non smoking club, in readiness for when legislation in England catches up with Scotland, and it is made compulsory.
So Should the club introduce a smoking ban?

Hey Sid, if they think passive smoking is bad for them they should come and visit me and try a bit of nerve gas, mustard gas, sarin, bubonic plague, HDFR and anthrax!!!!!!!
I reckon they'll think plain old smoke is f**ing boring!!
PS. Does that make me a Liberal Democrat?? |

Yes Yes Do I have to vote on the right to do something that is not against the law. When the law changes we all have to make our choices stay at home with a bottle and a fag sounds good to me at the moment Hello

Sid,
I actually did know where I lived, but at the time I didn't know if you were an American agent or not, and did not want you to find out where I lived, so pretended not to know.
Having found out that you don't know where you live, I thought that you were so stupid that you were definitely CIA. I then got to thinking that perhaps you did know where you lived, and were in fact really clever, and thought that I was a CIA agent.
I am not sure now If I am a CIA agent, a retired dictator, a Liberal Democrat or just plain bonkers.

Sid,
I'm sure there will be plenty of space on the balcony for you and all the other smokers when you need to. The law only bans smoking in enclosed public places (i think) so why don't we get a couple of patio heaters out there and then everyone can continue drinking at the club in a smoke free environment.
