No new Colt responses to previous thread yet, so hope I'm not wasting my effort, but thought it worth posting the fantastic result the Colts had against Doncaster. 3 tries down after 10 minutes, the lads turned it round to win 26 - 25 with tries from U17 Jordan Hollis (2), Mo Gadsby and Adam Glover, with 3 conversions from Dan Brittan being enough to overtake the 5 unconverted tries from Doncaster. With 4 Colts qualified players playing in the 2nds, that was a brilliant result against the Colts of a National Division 1 team who spread their net far and wide for players.

Well done lads, lets build on that with a good turn out at training and another win next Sunday morning.

So we can keep the ones that we had, as you obviously don't need them. Thanks.

PS Well done!

Make that two!! We do listen to Tiz but he is such a blagger we don’t pay attention. Take his fines court yesterday!! Surprisingly he lost by forgetting his boots!! Not only did he get his beer, and a damn fine race it was too!! But he surprisingly gets to choose the dick of the day attire. Really Mr T

Yes pops, worth mentioning that the beer monster Tizard was very nearly beaten in a pint race by a 16 year old (don't tell the Haslams staff that bit!!). I think it was only the extra creaminess of the Guinness that cost young Jordan in the closing stages.

Full match report is now on the website for your perusal.

It's a fair cop. But I did pay for my own ale. Thank goodness Jordan chose Guiness.

Given that we won and you lost I can't see a problem.

im dissapointed with the match report colin. you could have made it better. like britton kicking a conversion from the touchline or tom swainstons set up of the winning try coz he drew the whole of their defence for me to walk the try in.

Dear Glover,
I'm disappointed with your grammar and spelling.

Back in my day us venerable forwards were lucky if we were mentioned once a month, so in other words, Bravo, the effort is much appreciated.
