JT will discuss this with you on Sunday, but the club us trying to see if it is worth opening on Boxing Day with a game. I reckon I could get a U21 side (half Colts, half ex-Colts etc) to take on a team which is 2nds / Dev team standard. 11.30 K.O., few beers afterwards, run off the Chirstmas pud.

Have a think and let us know!

....I will move moutains, parts seas, cross deserts for a crack at the 'snivvelers' ........prepare to enter the real world if you dare! (...not Boxing day as Glover cant make it - therefore less 'fun' as his nose cant accidentally grate on my totally legal studs!!)

...closed Xmas day

Yeah 27th sounds a better idea.

I will enjoy every aching moment macca.

If in doubt..... give it the forwards. BOSH!!

p.s. don't sharpen your studs to much or the referee will not allow you to play in them.

Mr Glover two things:
1. The ref that day will not check my studs
2. Assuming you are not banned.....I might be sympathetic and just take you out when jump at the lineout that's if I can hold my laughter!

so lets take some stats from my season before the chesterfield game.
~I think it is 6 tries know (3rd highest in colt's) with two of them giving us enough points to win us the game in the last few minutes of the match. Many balls turned-over.

Countless ball carries with:
1)lots of ground made
2)many tackles broken
3)many holes found in defences.
so obviously i can play.

~I've never said i was slim

~My ban won't be last that long so i might well be playing

~I've never have classed myself as a jumper.

If in doubt..... give it the forwards because we do all the hard work. BOSH!!

Assuming we get him back off the hook with minimal damage, I'm sure we can find a place for Mr. G in the 'young' side.

I agree, 27th is starting to sound a better bet. I think the committee have pretty much given up on opening Boxing Day now, so let's start to ask around this weekend. I'll organise the the 'young' team. Volunteer to organise the 'older' team?

What time K.O. do people think, lunch time or more like 2.00?
