See message posted on Colts section - are Dev team players up for it?

JT will discuss this with you on Sunday, but the club us trying to see if it is worth opening on Boxing Day with a game. I reckon I could get a U21 side (half Colts, half ex-Colts etc) to take on a team which is 2nds / Dev team standard. 11.30 K.O., few beers afterwards, run off the Chirstmas pud.

Have a think and let us know!

I seem to remember Norm and Coxy playing for the Colts!

Bonkers was only playing because the 2nd team were cancelled and it was his last game before leaving to join Cheltenham

I scored two tries that day, do you want to know anything else?

Didn't think it would take you long to respond Normski! You were propping against me though so I can't imagine it was very difficult.

How long before the great man returns, and whose colours are you going to be wearing!

But Norm, I thought that was what all the 'bulking up' was for......a twilight moment career change to the underworld of the front row....following in "H"'s footprints! - priceless!

no no no, that was so i didn't get cold whilst watching over the last few months, a bit like that old fat Paul Mcartiny bloke, he seems to spend a lot of time watching these days, and he isn't injured!

nothing changes then! but be fair Norm he was dropped from the vets for being too old, fat & slow just at the warm up! and so had a tactical knee injury then inspired by the ageless master 3XL Bates and the youthful Scotsman (who looks nothing like Robbie Coltrane) he threw down his hat Ewins-esque and like a crouching tiger he waited for the moment to pounce! - appearances can be deceptive just ask an open jawed awestruck Mr Ireland....so impressed he f****d him off too. I hear the Meisters is now last chance saloon.
