Extrapolating the equation, does sloth + skill + heart of the beest (that's dedication squared) = fun times? Just trying to lighten the mood...

No but sloth + complacency (thats the cube root of Heart of the beest)- training = lack of beesty beer chest to those involved

Fully agree Mr Collier - but what happened to the cocky Beesty swagger? However, for some of us training = stifling of creativity. Attitude is a little thing that can make a big difference!

I disagree Mr Archer..
If Training is less than or equal to 14 (number of players from the team that are required)then a stifling of creatvity is achieved, as there is insufficient resource to breed Creativity If training is more than or equal to 15 (as above)then creativity can be nurtured and honed in "real life situations".
Case in point:- The dummy kick would never have been perfected, had it not been practised in real life situations using Heggie at the back of a lineout as the rampaging defender (many were the calls of OLE, as he flew through the air) The through the legs dummy would never have seen light of day, had it not been perfected on the training ground against real opposition.
However, I do agree that cocky beesty swagger must be in the equation somewhere, but that comes as a product of the formula "training + skill + dedication= Happiness" as there can't be cocky beesty swagger if you are getting stuffed

I agree: turkeys seem to stop swaggering at this time of year; presumably because they know they are just about to be stuffed.

Mr Collier, your equation is based on the assumption that 15 players have an equal distribution of flair - and you know what they say about assumptions. Also, is practicing a 'spontaneous' move true creativity - no. Play what you see. Also, I can disprove Sadam's equation of training + drivel + skill = banter. I manage to achieve banter with little to no training.
For people who don't really get it (see post above), this is banter - I don't mean it, just trying to lighten the mood when it all seems a bit doom and gloom. You don't become a bad team overnight. Also I'm just trying to rationalise why I don't train!
Love you guys....

Mr Archer, Creativity can develop from training ground antics, that joking around moment suddenly provides a flash of inspiration for new and wonderful creative ideas.
As to your disproving of sadams equation of training + drivel + skill = banter, you also manage to do it without possessing any real skill

Oh Mr Collier, I do enjoy your banterific replies. I never really claimed to have any particular skills other than the skills of banter, 7s and making you look good - which I admit did take me most of the 80 minutes. Maybe I should retire, or at least suffer a groin injury from warming up? mwah, Arch x

Oh Archer dear boy, I think retirement may be the best option for you, or move to prop, where your banter skills could be put to good use as you clash skulls with a meathead... as for a groin injury, I thought you had one already, you seem to spend a lot of time rubbing it
