Actually I live in that area, and Uncle Sadam said to me the other day:
"Nerve Gas, my little friend, if, after I've gone, you ever need help, my good friend Sid The Manager will always look after you. He is a fine fellow and does a nice line in MOT's and tourist trips around Mickleover in the dead of night. However don't trust him too much as he is liable to leave you naked in the Market Square, as this is his idea of a jolly jape. If he should do this to you just gas the old git".
