Good to see JD's "around the grounds" spot on the Club News section of the website and the fight for 2nd place does now seem all that is available to us (although strange things have happened, there is probably no team at our level with as much strength in depth that Lufbra have at their disposal even if they started to have an injury crisis).
Looking at the remaining fixtures it is interesting to note that all 3 play-off contenders have to visit Lufbra, firstly Kettering in 4 weeks time, then Matlock then Derby. The first really interesting fixture is Kettering v Matlock in 3 weeks, then we play Matlock the week before we play Lufbra.
Plenty of permutations still on, but anybody getting a result at Lufbra will deserve the 2nd spot.
