Me and Nelly go occasionally, Big Rob goes (but i think he is aiming for higher places than the Meisters can provide) and I think Dawes and Cavey are regulars down there.
Finbar there are more former meisters at training than biting insects and that is saying something! although I would challenge that ZGs occaisional is more like extremely occaisional! Nelly's return is keenly awaited to keep Master Bates company! Dawes & Cavey are the proverbial cats amongst the pidgeons!!
ZG, I have it on good authority that your sojourns abroad and other social niceties do not revolve around Tues or Thurs - Iz it coz you iz a lazy bstard? .....He's got Wheels of Cheese!
I've been loving the new training regime - got my fighting weight in sight. Gobsmacked at Cavey tho, reckon he'll burst something overdoing it.
Looking forward to another season and to flexing my creative writing skills...
It was a lovely Sat afternoon at Pride Park and as Derby kicked off against Espanyol I was just about to sip my orange juice when I noticed our top training 'talisman' taking up his seat in the North Stand sampling what appeared to be the entire ground's supply of pies.....but after all the hard work put in by this chap I think the odd calorie blast is good for morale!!...eh Nelly I could have offered you discount on Kebabs?
yeah i must admit the spotty faced lad serving wasn't happy when i insisted that he ran round to the west stand for their pies too!!!!! i'll be at training tonight so maybe we should discuss this kebab offer, sounds good. i had to have some enjoyment at the match anyway because the football was rubbish, i can see us getting some pastings this season.
whatever it was it was better than last night's energy drink....I suspect a few toilets will be in use today!!.....and yes on Sat's evidence it could be a long hard season for DCFC.....my share's in Pukka & Ginsters have rocketed since Sat!!!
Since Nelly stopped being chief taster at Ginsters the quality has decreased significantly - however, the number of items reaching the shops has doubled
