DRFC managed to sell 340 RFU raffle tickets this year giving the club a profit of Ł306. For a club of our size that is pathetic. Other clubs of similar size are managing to sell ten times more tickets.

Next year we need to do better!

It is a poor result, but I was never offered a batch to sell so I suspect others were not. Next year we need an efficient mechanism to distribute between personnel from each senior team and all the mini and junior teams, maybe with a reward to the person, team or age group selling most....

Other suggestions?

I wasn't even aware we had any ... don't know about any of the other mini coaches.
I think item 1 on the agenda should be communication
Now where have I heard that before?
