This weekend's Beests game with Lichfield has been switched to an away game. Meet time now 12.15.
Sorry about the late notice - better make sure we beat them by even more now to make them pay for it!!

Well I'm sure the conditions were better at Lichfield than Derby, but while Haslams went without a single game Lichfield were raking it in with no less than 4 homes games!

Must remember that next time they tell us that some of their players cannot get to Derby in time.

No matter how you look at it, it is still a disgrace that the club was shut when the 1st team bus got back from Northampton.

Another complaint, why does it cost £3.95 on a weekday and saturday for a roast baguette but £4.95 on Sunday?

I do believe that Ze German makes two very good points!! After a good day at the office there's nothing better than a pint at your local, not to mention the cost of food again!!!!

9 - thats where its at!!!
10 - not bad either!!

Yes Yes why was Haslams closed I came down for a few pints and a meal I thought I must have the wrong day. How many other regulars turned up, or just people who thought they would give Haslams a try? Are Haslams deliberatly trying to drive away customers? If there were no home games why didnt Haslams organise somthing to attract cutomers if there had been a band or disco a lot of the players and regulars would have returned after their matches. Why is it that only customers organise events? surely Tony Fry is paid for administration to just throw away a saturday nights takings is disgraceful. We have been told its not a rugby club, But it seems it would never open if not for rugby.

Point 1: You are right Sidney. It should be open when it says it is - I ended up in my local instead of the Rugby Club.

Point 2: As for Ze Kraut. If it hadn't been for Kenty wanting a beer none of the first team would have noticed, as they don't use the club anyway.

Hands Up!

Well the 4ths and Vets will need plenty of beer to revive themselves after running themselves ragged on the 1st team pitch!
